You have confirmed your furry friend’s appointment. You have already had all of your pet’s medical records sent to us (via fax or email) from your previous veterinary clinic/breeder/rescue. And you have completed our New Client Form online.
You walk into our front door with your dog or cat and are greeted by a friendly receptionist. A staff member will help you to get a weight for your pet and then escort you into an exam room. Once in the exam room, the technician will ask some routine questions to get a “history” for your pet. Then the doctor, already having reviewed your pet’s records, will come in to complete the exam and discuss their recommendations for your unique pet. Our staff is trained with Fear Free techniques so that you and your pet both feel comfortable in our clinic.
After your appointment, you will be checked out in the room. We accept cash, credit card, check (provide ID), ScratchPay (www.scratchpay.com), and Care Credit (www.carecredit.com). Payment is due at time of services. In an effort to keep costs down, our clinic does not do billing.
If your pet was seen for a health issue, we will email a follow-up to check in on how your pet is doing. If you have any follow-up questions, please let us know. If you would like to know more about a specific subject, please tell us. Our clinic has several handouts on a variety of subjects to help educate our clients! We are happy to help guide you and to help make your pet feel better!
